"Your firm is a class act. I can say with certainty that this deal wouldn’t have been possible without your coaching in the middle. You made the deal possible by helping build education and trust among the parties."

"My wife and I would like to thank the team for their guidance and direction. The end result was a successful sale. They worked relentlessly pushing the deal through to a successful conclusion. They spent many hours learning how our company functioned, to aid in finding the right buyer. I would definitely use them again. The process and advice was spot on. Thank you again."

"As first time business sellers, we appreciate your patience and helpfulness in guiding us through the recent sale of our business. Your wisdom, common sense and determination led us to a successful hunt for a buyer and through the closing. Many thanks and continued success!"
- Tim and Linda, owners
"When we first began discussions, we realized that our best approach to changing our ownership structure was to first bring on board a new partner, grow the business then have a future sale. This plan has been very successful due to the way John and LeAnne structured the transaction."
"Thank you very much for all you've done for all the owners. As you well know, we often felt a bit uneasy about various aspects of the process, but you were always stalwart and professional. It goes without saying that we could never have done this without you; not only for your M&A skills, but your ability to organize and focus us all. ."
